Save on Printing Costs with Printer Rentals for Your Johannesburg Business
Are you already feeling the financial pinch of the upcoming festive season, but still need to invest in good-quality printers for your business to start off the new year with? Don’t worry! You are not alone. We understand how you feel. Buying a brand-new printer or printers can be a costly endeavour, especially around this time of the year. What is the alternative for business owners who want the best for their business, but don’t necessarily want to commit to the capital outlay required? The solution is simple! Opt for printer rentals in Johannesburg and you will never have to fork out a hefty lump sum to have the best printers or multi-functional devices on the market ever again!
At Raydian, we are making things simple, affordable and convenient for you in 2017, and we hope that you will take advantage of all that we have to offer you. We have a range of printers available on a rental basis. These printer contracts come with maintenance and servicing included, which means that you pay a set monthly fee for your printer and we do the rest. There are no hidden fees or expenses that will come as a surprise to you. If you want to keep a closer eye and grip on what your company is spending on printing, we can even implement a managed printer service which includes all consumables, and also monitors each employee and what they print. This is done by implementing printing systems that require employees to enter their code to print documents, send faxes, make photocopies and so on.
In this day and age, convenience and space in offices are highly sought after and because of this, we highly recommend saving on space and consumables by opting for one of the economical multi-functional printers that we have on offer. These printers are far more than just the average printer. They can be used to send faxes, print documents from an external device, make photocopies and even scan documents to an external device. All of this convenience in one machine is well worth your time and money, and will do well for your business in 2017. We know you’re going to start your new year with a bang and it’s important that your office printing doesn’t slow you down or reflect poorly on your business (poor quality prints can do that to a business).
At Raydian, we have been in the printer rental business for many years. We have learnt with time that no business is the same as another and because of this, each company that we serve must be provided with their own unique printing solution. We will determine what your current printing demands are, and implement new devices and systems that meet these needs, but cut back on the associated costs at the same time. Our aim is to make your office printing tasks quicker to complete, of the highest possible print quality and absolutely affordable too. We have achieved this goal for many of our clients, and have a loyal following and a great reputation in the industry as a result.
If you are renting a printer from us and it malfunctions, we will assist you immediately. If the printer cannot be repaired on site, we can ensure that you are provided with a replacement printer to handle your printing tasks. We won’t let you suffer printing downtime, which can adversely affect productivity and in turn, profits too.
Our consultants are also knowledgeable on a variety of brands, as we don’t just promote one brand of equipment. We can advise you in an unbiased way and ensure that you are benefitting from your investment or rental contract, as this is what’s most important to us.
If you are worried about the condition of your current printers and want to upgrade to the latest and most reliable printers on the market, you don’t have to spend a whole lot of money to do so. Simply let us know what you are looking for and we will create a printer rental agreement that suits your Johannesburg business.
