Printer Service Contracts
Welcome to Raydian’s practical cost-per-print model
Our printer service contracts are parts, call-out and toner inclusive, and done on a cost-per-print basis, which involves conducting an analysis of your existing printer fleet at no charge to you. We then establish which printers – if any – need to be replaced (also at no charge to you), offer advice on improving operating efficiencies, and on-board existing devices to the new service contract. This applies to laser printers, copiers, fax machines and multifunction printers. It’s office automation made easy!

- Free basic print management software that provides equipment information (e.g. toner levels) and statistical usage analysis is installed on each network device
- Stock of spare toner cartridges is supplied to you upfront
- We can add printers and multifunctional devices you already own to the service contract
