Top Useful Tips on How to Save on Printer Consumables for Sale
The printer consumables for sale in retail outlets are more expensive than the ones you get when you order in bulk.
Below are several other ways you can save on printer consumables for sale, helping you to reduce office overheads.
Streamline by Reducing The Number of Devices In Your Office
Every printing device in the office requires ink or toner. In addition, you must keep the units stocked with the right paper. Add to such the occasional spare parts needed, and pretty soon, you have a substantial bill regardless of whether you bought printer consumables for sale at bulk or retail prices.
To this end, reduce the number of machines in your office. How? Let our consultants visit your office for an obligation-free assessment of your current devices and streamline capacity. Many of the machines may be redundant. Some are used only on occasion, whilst others do not function as they should. Our consultants will help you determine which ones to keep and which ones to sell or throw out.
But What About Your Printing Needs?
Fortunately, you can invest in a single multifunctional copier to handle the print, scan, copy, and in some instances, even fax jobs, previously handled by several devices. You do not have to purchase the machine.
Instead, lease it and make use of our effective service and maintenance packages, which can include your current devices as well. You now have fewer machines that require printer consumables. As such, you save ink, toner, electricity, and paper.
Of course, if you rather want to purchase one of the machines, you will be glad to know that we have several types for sale.
Service and Maintenance Contract
How many papers do you have to throw in the dustbin because of misalignment, problems with printing, or poor-quality copies? If the machines are properly and regularly serviced, then these issues are significantly reduced. It translates into immediate savings on paper and ink. Such a contract also includes the delivery of the printer consumables we offer for sale. As the middleman is out of the picture, you pay the lowest possible price and thus save even more. Since software is provided with our multifunctional devices, you can monitor printing costs and paper usage. Never run out of ink or paper again!

Use Software to Identify Misuse of Company Resources
With access codes or keys for employees, it is possible to monitor excessive usage or usage for private purposes. In this way, you can restrict the number of copies or prints that employees can make.
Print and Copy in Duplex
You do not save on ink when doing so, but you save paper when you print or copy on both sides of the paper.
