Raydian was established in 1987 under the name of Laserfix, with a view to offering a unique style of service agreement to customers on their existing printers. In those early years, photocopying machines were sold with on-site, toner inclusive service agreements. However if you owned a printer, cartridges would need to be purchased at exorbitant costs and on-site repairs on these desktop printers were paid for on an ad-hoc basis.
We quickly became aware of the need to provide our clients with a service contract for their pre-existing desktop printers, covering on-site servicing, parts and consumables. Laserfix met this demand and quickly established itself as the leading supplier of these unique service contracts to businesses throughout South Africa.
Offices were established in Gauteng, The Western Cape and KwaZulu Natal with a network of service partners countrywide.In time the need to expand the offering to include the sale of printers, multi-functional devices and consumables led to our transformation into Raydian Total Business Print Solutions. Today, Raydian is an established, countrywide end to end print solution-based company providing the unique facility to both supply new equipment and software as well as manage the existing devices that a client may currently have in their fleet. In doing this we are able to offer significant savings on printing costs, very often reducing our clients spend by 50%.

A. Solution sales
1. Equipment Rental inclusive of Service Agreement
A credit application is completed by the customer with all necessary supporting documentation and submitted for approval. Once the application is approved all necessary documentation is signed and the equipment is installed. The equipment is supported onsite by virtue of the continuous service agreement that accompanies the rental agreement.
2. Copy Charge Agreement
A credit application is completed by the customer with all necessary supporting documentation and submitted for approval. Once the application is approved all necessary documentation is signed and where necessary printers are replaced. The equipment is supported onsite by virtue of the service element of the copy charge agreement.
3. Cash Purchases inclusive of Service Agreement
The client signs a Raydian Cash Order Form and Service Agreement and is invoiced for the relevant equipment. On receipt of payment the equipment is delivered and installed. The equipment is supported onsite by virtue of the continuous service agreement.
B. Consumable purchases and ad hoc service
Printers and multi-functional devices are vital in the day to day running of your business. Having them out of commission due to break-downs or running out of consumables can have a significant impact. Raydian offers ad hoc service and consumable sales on a COD basis. Alternatively if the client completes the necessary credit application and is vetted credit terms may be offered. These terms and credit limits will be based upon the strength of the individual application.
